Daheeye University Multi-Campus Network (EIGRP)
Enterprise network design for a four-campus university (Hargeisa HQ, Borama, Burco, Berbera) built in Cisco Packet Tracer. Each campus has Admin, Faculty, Student, Server and Management VLANs with router-on-a-stick, and the campuses are connected over a redundant EIGRP (AS 100) WAN with an ISP default route, so users can reach web servers at any site and survive a link failure. CCNA group project.

About this project
Design
• Hierarchical addressing: one 10.x.0.0/16 block per campus, VLAN ID as the third octet (e.g. 10.20.30.25 = Borama, Student VLAN, host 25); /30 point-to-point WAN links from 10.255.0.0/27; ISP link 203.0.113.0/30.
• Standard campus block: core + access switches, VLANs 10 Admin, 20 Faculty, 30 Students, 40 Servers, 99 Management.
• Redundant WAN ring plus HQ–Berbera diagonal for equal-cost paths and failover.
• Naming convention ROLE-SITE-FUNCTION (R-HQ, SW-BOR-CORE, SRV-BUR-WEB) and loopback router IDs.
Configuration
• EIGRP AS 100 on all routers, default route redistributed from the ISP edge, equal and unequal-cost load balancing.
• Router-on-a-Stick inter-VLAN routing over 802.1Q trunks, VTP, Layer-2 EtherChannel, Rapid-PVST, DHCP per VLAN.
• Device hardening: enable secret, local users, console control, SSH, interface descriptions, CDP/LLDP.
• HTTP server in every campus reachable locally and remotely.
Verification and troubleshooting
• show ip eigrp neighbors / topology / route, ping and traceroute across campuses, website access tests.
• Failover demonstration by shutting a WAN link; intentional routing fault injected and recovered live.
Team project (CCNA Group 2). My role: topology design, IP plan and EIGRP/WAN configuration, plus the verification runbook.
